Refunds & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation:
You have the flexibility to cancel any orders until they are shipped. Should you need to modify or cancel a paid order, please reach out to us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, you are eligible for a refund or reshipment of ordered products under the following circumstances:

• If you do not receive the products within the guaranteed time frame (45 days, excluding 2-5 day processing).
• In the event that you receive an incorrect item.
• If you decide you no longer want the received product (note that you must bear the expense of returning the unused item).

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

• Your order fails to arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
• Your order is delayed due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters).
